AXIS Q1961-TE Thermal cameras remote monitoring of reliable temperature
AXIS Q1961-TE is a robust thermal camera designed for remote monitoring of reliable temperature in hostile environments, with an IP66, IP67, IK10 and NEMA 4X classification that guarantees corrosion resistance, extreme impacts and weather conditions. This camera allows remote monitoring of temperatures from -40 ° C to 350 ° C, which allows early detection of equipment overheating and action before an unwanted inactivity time occurs. Thanks to its localized temperature reading capacity, you can click any area of the image to get the exact temperature at that specific point.
The camera includes up to 10 configurable polygonal detection areas, which allows monitoring of specific areas for established temperature levels or temperature change rates. In addition, it incorporates pre-installed early fire detection analytics, which allows to configure activators and receive early fire or overheating signals. Smart filtering helps to ignore hot objects without interest, such as vehicle exhaust tubes, thus reducing false notifications.
To ensure system security, AXIS Q1961-TE has integrated cybersecurity functions, including Axis Edge Vault, which protects the device ID and simplifies the network authorization, and a secure platform module (TPM) certified FIPS 140-2 level 2. Electronic image stabilization (EIS) provides fluid videos even in scenes with vibrations or movements. In addition, thanks to end-to-end technology, it is possible to connect a network speaker to activate sound alarms when critical conditions are detected.
The camera uses a Zipstream compression technology that reduces bandwidth by an average of 50% without compromising the quality of forensic details, which helps reduce storage costs. It is powered by Power-over-Ethernet (PoE), which simplifies the installation by requiring only one cable for power supply and network connection.
