AXIS Q1656-DLE Radar-Video Fusion Camera, in addition, brings together two high-quality devices: an excellent Q-line camera with many image use options and a fully integrated radar, a new Axis. Radar detects objects in large areas with little light or in the dark. It shows the speed and distance of moving objects directly in the view of the application. In addition, the radar can be used on its own to guide an independent PTZ camera. AXIS Q1656-DLE is weather-resistant and has integrated cybersecurity functions that protect systems. For example, Axis Edge Vault protects the ID from Axis devices and simplifies the authorisation of Axis products from the network.
Lower costs from beginning to end
In addition to obtaining two technology and two devices, you only have to install one device and one cable, and use an IP address and a video management software license (VMS). This reduces the costs of installation and use. It saves energy because the radar detects in the dark. Focus activators, IR or only facade lights can be established depending on the objective: deterrence, visual verification or forensic data. In addition, it is saved in storage, because it can be chosen to activate the recording only in certain situations.
